Accessible TV Tuner Card Software

Hi!
I just purchased a TV Tuner card for my computer. I'm running Windows7 64-bit. I want to be able to use the software that my card will support to download program guides, record and watch TV on the PC, etc.
Someone suggested Windows Media Center, but it wouldn't read dialogue boxes for me with JFW 12.
Any suggestions on a package that would work well?
